Exchange and Return Policy at Enjoy Games Store
The Enjoy Games store aims to serve and provide comfort to valued customers through effective communication before ordering and purchasing the product, or even after activation, in accordance with the Return Policy.
Maintaining and protecting consumer rights during shopping is important, and if you wish to return your order, we are here to help.
In all cases, you must prove payment and purchase through the payment receipt or purchase invoice.
All services, codes, and keys we provide are genuine, official, and certified by the manufacturer. If you receive a digital key that does not work, it will be replaced with another key for the same product. While this has not happened with us, if it does, the digital key will be verified by us to ensure there is no fault or manipulation in the key.
The site reserves the right to change its return or exchange policy permanently or temporarily at any time, as it deems appropriate or necessary, so the consumer must always stay informed of any changes to the site.
Your use of this store means that you have agreed to all our policies, including the return policy, and your dealing with us is considered an electronic signature on that.
Cases where your order is rolled over (postponed/archived), not executed, and the order amount is not refunded:
When there is an issue with the order details and the customer is contacted but does not respond, the order will be suspended for 27 days. If the customer does not contact us, on the 28th day, the Enjoy Games store will have the right to roll over the order and not refund any amount to the customer.
Cases where the product is eligible for return:
The activation key does not work: (If it does not work, it will be replaced with another key, and if it does not work again, the money will be refunded to you).
The activation key is different from the order: (If you are delivered a product different from your order, it will be replaced for you).
The activation key has not been delivered: (After more than 4 days from the customer's request, the customer has the right to request a refund).
Important Notes:
The customer must ensure that their device version is compatible with the required license, as the store is not responsible for incorrect orders.
The key must be used immediately after purchase, with a maximum period of 3 days. The store is not responsible if the key does not work after the specified period.
In some cases, the customer is informed that they must contact the service provider from which they made the purchase (Example: the code from Jawaker company). They must chat with their support and ask for the time the code was activated and inform us via the direct technical support available on the website.
If I change my mind after completing my order, can I cancel it and get a refund?
We only issue refunds if we have not yet submitted (processed/initiated) your order. If your order is on the "In Progress" or "Out for Delivery" list, your order has been submitted, and therefore, we cannot refund your money.

The only circumstance in which you will receive a refund is if we do not deliver your order within four days of the time you first placed your order. This applies if the specified shipping time for the product is less than four days. If the specified time for delivery is longer than four days, a refund can be issued after the specified time. However, if your order is delivered immediately and completely, we will not refund the paid amount.

According to our refund policy, the only way you can get a refund is if your order is not delivered within the time specified when you first placed your order. However, if your order is delivered immediately and completely, we will not refund the paid amount. If your order is in the queue or being processed, it has been submitted, and therefore, we cannot refund your money.
If a refund to the customer is approved:
Payments made by bank cards: The duration for returning funds to the customer's account in case of order cancellation is 3 to 14 working days for the bank.
If the amount is to be refunded to the customer: Administrative fees (payment processing fees) will be deducted from the customer, and the rest of the amount will be returned. These fees are 1.5% for Mada card transactions and 3% + 1 SAR per transaction for Visa and MasterCard transactions.
